We would like to thank you for your participation and support in the just concluded International Renewable Energy Conference (IREC 2008) in Abuja, Nigeria.
           
We believe the conference was enriched by the presence and support of people like you. Indeed the quality of attendance was the best we have ever had at IREC.

Apart from Nigeria, we had participants from over thirteen (13) countries including Australia, China, Singapore, India, Germany, France, Sweden, USA, Spain, UK, Cameroon, Uganda, and Ghana.

This is the best IREC we have ever had and we look forward to an even better IREC 2009. Thanks to your presence and contribution. IREC is becoming a force to be reckoned with in bringing awareness and information on renewable energy to Nigeria and Africa.

Theme

The theme of IREC 2008 was Exploiting Renewable Energy Opportunities in Africa. It sought largely, to build bridges between all Renewable Energy stakeholders in Africa, and the financial institutions which could help accelerate the large scale and equitable deployment of RE in the continent.
